Horrible mover.

My move is finally completed so I can give you my review. All this while I felt that I was being held hostage to pay whatever they asked for because my things are in their hands.

They over charged me. There is no transparency that says my things need a 20’ container and Dachser & Kolb didn’t verify.

There is no cost transparency, they didn’t even produce any supporting receipts.

They also didn’t send a surveyor to look at the volume of my move to advice me properly.

On the day of the move, one of the packers was complaining all the time and spent the whole day. Instead of flat packing my Ikea shelving shelf, they wrap the whole unit so that it took up more volume.

The sales man who took my order was nowhere to be found after I signed the agreement. Now I’m wondering how long I will be compensated for the damaged items.

Do be careful and do believe the negative reviews others wrote.

Very good Corona Move!

Usually I don’t give a feedback, but now I have to because I am so satisfied with the mover! The crew arrived on time, all wearing masks, being tested and vaccinated! That makes a move during Corona possible. The transport already arrived the next day for unloading. Very good! If I have to move again? I will call Dachser Kolb again! I really recommend!

We moved from Neu-Isenburg to Switzerland with a two-month interim storage of our household items. We had obtained several offers for this. Dachser & kolb made the best offer by far and everything (including the customs formalities!) Went wonderfully as agreed.



The four gentlemen were also very flexible with requests for changes or problems and had many good suggestions.

A really professional moving company. Our move was managed by Peter, Richard and colleagues to our complete satisfaction. All pieces of furniture were loaded and rebuilt by the two with the utmost consideration for floors and walls without damage. All pieces of furniture were carefully wrapped in several layers of ceilings and foil. We were also particularly surprised by the cleanliness, because after each drilling and sawing for kitchen and lamps, the workplace was immediately vacuumed or swept.
